The following contains the general terms and conditions of YOUR agreement to purchase a personalized Identity Theft Resolution Plan ("Program"). Read carefully as these terms and conditions apply to YOUR participation in the PROGRAM. All applicants must agree to and "accept" these Terms and Conditions and Cancellation Policy before YOUR application will be processed.
By submitting an application for participation in the PROGRAM, YOU are representing that YOU have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of YOUR contract, that YOU have read and understood the Cancellation Policy, and that YOU are authorizing Us to deduct a recurring payment of $33.98 per month from YOUR bank account. Once YOUR application is submitted, YOUR initial electronic payment authorization is irrevocable. However, under the terms of the Cancellation Policy YOU may cancel Identity Theft Resolution Plan at any time.
THE PURCHASE OF THE IDENTITY THEFT RESOLUTION PLAN IDENTITY THEFT PROTECTION IS NOT A REQUIREMENT OF ANY LOAN OR THE APPROVAL OF ANY LOAN APPLICATION.

YOU authorize TCG* to deduct $33.98 once each month from your bank account for YOUR IDENTITY THEFT AND PROTECTION PLAN until cancelled. YOUR bank statements will reflect these transactions under debits from one of the TCG. WE reserve the right to resubmit (up to 2 attempts) any payment returned or rejected for non-sufficient funds (NSF). YOU understand that YOU may be responsible to YOUR bank for overdraft charges, return item fees or similar charges resulting from NSF transactions, whether or not the item is paid or rejected.
YOU understand that we will send you claim processing information for any IDENTITY THEFT EVENT. YOU agree to report any IDENTITY THEFT EVENT for which benefits are claimed within 90 days after the date when YOU discovered, or reasonably should have discovered the acts giving rise to the IDENTITY THEFT EVENT. YOU will receive an email packet from US once YOU have successfully completed YOUR online application. YOU agree to accept the packet and review the materials provided therein. WE request that YOU save and/or print the packet for YOUR permanent records.

Since CPP continuously strives to improve IdentityProtector, your membership benefits are subject to change from time to time, with no individual notification to You. IdentityProtector provides fraud detection and resolution services, including benefits such as a 24-hour lost/stolen notification service for credit cards, an emergency cash service, access to trained fraud resolution specialists, and participation in an identity theft group insurance policy with automatic coverage up to $25,000 (see below for summary policy description).
IMPORTANT: YOUR LIABILITY FOR FRAUDULENT CHARGES UNDER FEDERAL LAW: For Credit Cards: If the card issuer has notified you of your financial limits, has provided a means for you to notify them of Credit Card loss, and if the Credit Card contains a way of identifying the authorized user, then liability for fraudulent charges made to your cards before the issuer is notified is up to $50.00 on each card. For debit and "cash machine" cards: your liability for fraudulent use of your cards is up to $50.00 if you notify the card issuer of card loss within two days. After that, your liability is up to $500.00. Or, if you do not notify the card issuer within 60 days of receipt of a monthly statement showing unauthorized charges, then your liability is up to $50.00 and the total amount of unauthorized charges that occurred after the 60-day period and before the notice, providing that the card issuer establishes that the unauthorized charges would not have occurred if you had notified the card issuer within that time. Your liability may differ based on whether you use a PIN number or sign for the transaction. Visa® and MasterCard® limit the maximum liability for unauthorized use of all U.S.-issued Visa and MasterCard-branded credit and debit cards to $0.00. This summary is provided to inform you that as a member of IdentityProtector you will be entitled to benefits under the Master Policy referenced below. This Summary Description of Benefits does not state all the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Policy. Your benefits will be subject to all of the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Master Policy, even if they are not mentioned in this Summary. A complete copy of the Policy will be provided upon request. The Master Policy of AIG Personal Internet Identity CoverageSM has been issued to: CPP North America, LLC (the "Master Policy Holder"), underwritten by: American International Specialty Lines Insurance Company (the "Company"), a member company of American International Group, Inc. (AIG), to provide benefits as described in this Summary.
Should you have any questions regarding the Membership Program provided by the Master Policyholder, or wish to view a complete copy of the Master Policy, please call the customer service number located in your membership materials.
Aggregate Limit of Insurance: $ 25,000 per policy period Lost Wages: $ 500 per week, for 4 weeks maximum Deductible $ 0 per policy period.
To file a claim under the Master Policy, please contact our customer service at 1-888-207-3984 to validate your subscription in order to receive an audit number with the appropriate instructions.
We shall pay you for the following (subject to above Limit of Insurance):
i. Reasonable and necessary costs incurred by you in the United States for re-filing applications for loans, grants or other credit instruments that are rejected solely as a result of a stolen identity event;
ii. Reasonable and necessary costs incurred by you in the United States for notarizing affidavits or other similar documents, long distance telephone calls and postage solely as a result of your efforts to report a stolen identity event and/or amend or rectify records as to your true name or identity as a result of a stolen identity event;
iii. Reasonable and necessary costs incurred by the insured for up to six credit reports from established credit bureaus (with no more than two reports from any one credit bureau) dated within 12 months after your knowledge or discovery of a stolen identity event.
By clicking "submit" on YOUR online application form, YOU have completed the application process, including YOUR representation that YOU have read and understood the above TERMS and CONDITIONS, as well as this CANCELLATION POLICY. Once YOUR electronic application has been submitted, WE cannot stop the fully automated transaction or cancel the application process. YOUR benefits begin upon submission and YOU will be billed for one month of coverage. Thereafter, YOU will be billed on a recurring monthly cycle until YOU cancel YOUR participation in the PROGRAM. Each time YOUR bank account is billed, YOUR coverage is renewed and YOU are entitled to benefits for one additional month. YOU MAY ELECT TO CANCEL YOUR BENEFITS AT ANY TIME, but cancellation will only apply to future billing cycles. Once YOUR account is billed, coverage for the next renewal month is guaranteed and there are no partial months of coverage. Unless specifically authorized by OUR customer service department based upon circumstances that WE, in our sole discretion, justify early termination; WE do not prorate payments or reduce benefit periods.
YOU may notify US that YOU would like to cancel at any time. To cancel visit www.CancelIDTheft.com and follow the cancellation instructions on OUR Website. Upon completion of the cancellation process, WE will cancel YOUR participation in the PROGRAM, effective on YOUR next renewal date, and YOUR bank account will not be charged for any FUTURE billing cycles. There is never a cancellation fee.
WE cooperate completely with all law enforcement agencies in the detection and prosecution of fraud, including the fraudulent purchase and/or use of OUR identity theft protection and recovery services. If YOU believe that the purchase of any product or service associated with this Website, including YOUR participation in the PROGRAM, was fraudulently charged to YOUR bank account, upon proof of the fraud, YOU may elect to either (1) terminate YOUR participation in the PROGRAM and receive a REFUND of $33.98, plus the amount of any overdraft or bank charge incurred in the fraudulent transaction, OR (2) affirm the transaction and treat the fraud as an IDENTITY THEFT EVENT under the terms of the PROGRAM and process a claim for benefits under the PIIC Policy. To be eligible for this election of remedies, YOU must notify us of the fraud not later than ten (10) business days after YOU receive a statement or notice from YOUR bank indicating that YOUR bank account has been debited by US in the amount of $33.98
